3. How to order?
- First-time users must register on our secure website as a ‘new customer.’
- Log in using your user name and password.
- If you forget your login details, please click on the ‘forgot password’ link and we will send your password to the email address indicated at the time of registration.
- When purchasing a specific item, please click on the "Add to cart" link next to the item to put the item in the shopping cart.
- You can continue to add as many items as you wish to the shopping cart. Adding items to your shopping cart does not necessarily mean you have to purchase them all. You can always review your choices, add and delete items as you wish before final check out.

4. How do I make a payment and is it secure?
- All payments on our website are made through PayPal, the fast, easy and secure online payment system
- You can make payments through PayPal using either your credit or debit card

5. Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
- No. You can make payments through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account by using your credit or debit card.
- If you have an existing PayPal account, you can choose to use this method to make payments.

6. How do I monitor the progress of my order?
- You will receive an acknowledgement of your order within 24 hours of your purchase
- We will send you confirmation of delivery to the email address used at the time of registration

7. Which cities in Nepal do you deliver to?
- In order to ensure prompt and reliable service, we are currently limiting deliveries to Kathmandu
- We expect to extend service to other major cities shortly

8. How long do you take for delivery?
- We will aim to deliver most items within 3-4 working days of receiving your order
- Although we aim to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to reasons beyond our control such as strikes, bandhs etc

9. What are your delivery charges?
- All items except ‘Khashi’ and ‘Boka’ will be delivered to all addresses within Kathmandu Ring road for a delivery charge of $2 (Two USD).
- All items except ‘Khashi’ and ‘Boka’ will be delivered to all addresses outside Kathmandu Ring road for a delivery charge of $3 (Three USD).
- Orders for delivery of ‘Khashi’ and ‘Boka’ will incur a delivery charge of $3.00 (three USD) within Kathmandu Ring road.
- Orders for delivery of ‘Khashi’ and ‘Boka’ will incur a delivery charge of $6.00 (Six USD) outside Kathmandu Ring road.
- Delivery charge for 100 Red Roses will be $3 (Three USD) to both inside as well as outside Kathmandu Ring road.

10. What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by writing to us at info@coolgiftsnepal.com with details of your order. We will cheerfully refund your account through PayPal.
- Please note however, that we are required to retain 5% of the order amount in order to meet our processing costs.
